By accessing or using the BengalBound platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BengalBound's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on BengalBound's website;

3. AI Agent Usage

Our platform provides access to AI Agents. You are responsible for the decisions and actions taken based on the outputs of these AI Agents. BengalBound is not liable for business losses or damages resulting from the automated actions of hired AI Agents within your workspace.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (Monthly or Annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and the State of Wyoming, USA, depending on the contracting entity.
